Great location and spacious rooms were the best aspects of our romantic escape. the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of major attractions. We enjoyed the luxurious and clean rooms which featured modern amenities. the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our every need was met.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable, causing inconvenience for our business needs. the noise level from the street was also a downside, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

This is a wonderful location in the Marais, just a few minutes walk to the Hotel de Ville Metro station, 5 min walk to the Seine, 10 min walk to Notre Dame, 15 min walk to Pont Neuf, 20 min walk to the Louvre. Across the road is a DailyMonop (handy for non-Parisian breakfast items and pre-packed sandwiches and salads), Starbucks and Pain Quotidian (Belgian bakery chain). Our room (32) was charming, very spacious and looked just like the photographs on the hotel website. The plumbing and electrical fittings are new and high quality. The staff were very gracious and welcoming and there was always someone multilingual on reception. Very highly recommended.
We were not bothered by the non-functioning air conditioning during our stay in Spring but we can imagine it would be a problem in summer. Air does come in through the ceiling vent and the windows can all be opened but it was a little stuffy overnight. Some of the paintwork in the room needs touching up and the hotel iron and board were not great. The hotel is on a busy street corner but you must expect some noise of traffic and weekend revellers if you stay in the Marais.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, with several outdoor cafes in the Les Marais neighborhood. We loved being able to relax and enjoy our morning coffee at the open-air cafe on top of the Pompidou center. The staff here are incredibly friendly and eager to accommodate any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. the service and facilities provided at this venue were outstanding.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This is the perfect location in the 4th district, walking distance to many major attractions including Norte Dame and the Louvre. Patient and helpful front desk staff. Smaller but well appointed room. Hotel appears to have been recently renovated; my bathroom was definitely newly renovated. This hotel is in the heart of a younger, vibrant pace of living in Paris. A little noisy at times, but not bad. Windows opened onto the street and each had colorful flower boxes. Choose this hotel for location and comfort.
Nothing. Would return.

The hotel is a bit expensive for a family (of 4) that needs to book two rooms.

In terms of cleanliness and hotel facilities, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, with a separate sitting area and beautiful rooftop views. The bathroom was modern and equipped with a jet spa bath and luxury toiletries. Additionally, the hotel had excellent transportation options, with metro stations nearby and easy access to explore the surrounding areas. The location itself was a major highlight, being situated in a charming old Parisian neighborhood that was close to organic bakeries and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Lastly, I must mention the staff who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
No complaints.

Sorry; we were pretty disappointed at our stay there. The staff helped us get a cab to return to the airport -- and that was nice.
We didn't like the location, noise, lack of air conditioning (even though they said it was working), small room size, smoke coming through the windows from the cafe below, arrogance of one of the staff members, a room safe that didn't work, and the cost. We were simply prepared for a very different hotel experience than what we received.
